How to request a refund
Email javier@descubriendoviajes.com within 30 days of your purchase, and include the email address you used at checkout.
Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, back to your original payment method. A short note about what did not land is helpful for making the guide better, but it is not required to get your money back.

After the 30-day window, refund requests are handled case by case. Reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
